By engaging Zing Services for pressure washing, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein. These terms establish the scope of services, responsibilities, and expectations for both parties.

Our pressure washing services include, but are not limited to: vertical structure cleaning, flat surface cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and more. The scope of work will be defined in the estimate provided at the time of booking. Depending on the surface being cleaned we may use high pressure or low pressure combined with soaps/degreasers to provide the best non-damaging cleaning. We will do our best to clean your property, however, residual stains may still remain after cleaning. Clients must ensure clear access to the areas to be serviced, including removing any obstacles, vehicles, or fragile items. Zing Services is not responsible for water damage that occurs as a result of water seeping into the  structure during cleaning. The client does not need to be present for service. Prices are subject to change. Please ensure that our office has your current contact information. Our pressure washing programs renew automatically each season unless you notify our office.
